and Conditions

1. The following are the only terms and conditions on which the Company supplies goods and services. All offers, quotes and contracts for sale are subject to these Terms and Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall apply unless in writing and signed by a Director.
2. ORDERS are accepted and times for delivery given are estimates only conditional upon our being able to secure the necessary goods, labour and material and without responsibility for delays arising through risks and uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.
3. Price will be as noted on the acknowledgement of the order
4. Delivery of goods is free for orders of £50.00 or more except when goods are dispatched by passenger train, road parcel services or parcel post - in these cases Packing and Delivery will be charged extra. A surcharge of £15.00+VAT will be added to all deliveries below £50.00. Offshore islands: Carriage paid F.O.Q. Mainland Port.
5. NOTWITHSTANDING that prices are carriage paid,no responsibility will be accepted under any circumstances for goods, whether loose or packed, which may be damaged or lost in transit, our contract in this respect to be regarded as completed when goods are handed to our customer,or his agent. NOTE:Any claim for which carriers may be liable must be made by the customer.
6. ALL ACCOUNTS unless otherwise stated, are strictly nett, for settlement no later than 10.00am on the first day of the month after the month of delivery.
7. a) The legal equitable title of the goods shall not pass to the customer until the same has been paid for by the customer.The customer licences the Company at any time to enter onto their premises to remove goods if payment is not made in accordance with the terms and conditions
   b) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 7(a) hereof the goods shall be at the customer's risk from the time goods are collected from the Company premises or delivered to the customer's premises.
8. THE RIGHT is reserved to refuse countermands
9. Goods shall not be supplied on a Sale or Return basis, and no goods will be taken back or exchanged once they have left our premises. This applies to both stock items and special orders.
10. We can only be held responsible for any failures on products supplies by us to the extent of the manufacturers of such goods being prepared to guarantee same.
11. No tiles are guaranteed against crazing.
12. No claim in respect of variations of shade, damages or otherwise can be entertained unless made within 3 days of despatch of goods, and confirmed in writing within 7 days of receipt. No claim can be entertained after these tiles are fixed.
13. Orders accepted subject to being invoiced at prices ruling at time of dispatch from our depot
14. Prices are subject to alteration without notice
15. Minimum Credit invoice amount £10.00 Excluding VAT
16. We can not be held responsible and have no liability whatsoever in respect of any advice provided by any of our employees or contractors in respect of the goods supplied including specification, fitting or otherwise.
17. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law.
