Any refunds made to customers will be made by the same method the goods were originally paid for.


If you receive any products damaged you must advise Tiles UK within 24 hours and send us photographic evidence.
Tiles UK will replace damaged items as a matter of urgency.

Incorrect Delivery

If you receive an incorrect order you must advise Tiles UK within 24 hours. 
Tiles UK will send the correct order as soon as possible and arrange the collection of the unwanted items.

Over Ordered Tiles and Choice Change

Within fourteen days of delivery Tiles UK will accept the return of any unused tiles so long as they are full boxes.Please note that all perishable items such as adhesives and grouts cannot be returned under any circumstances. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the transport and return of unwanted items to our Manchester Distribution Depot. Refunds will be made within five days as long as the items are in a good and resalable condition. Please note that we will not refund the cost of any transport charges incurred for the return of goods. 

This Returns Policy refers only to orders placed on our website.
